Mark Duro, CRCST, FCS

Mark Duro has 26 years' experience in the sterile processing field. Most recently, Mark was the Director of Sterile Processing Operations at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts and the Vice President of the Massachusetts Chapter of Central Service professionals. Mark has been a member of IAHCSMM since 1992 and is one of 34 Fellows within the organization. For the past six years, Mr. Duro has been an IAHCSMM-approved instructor, and in 2015 he was appointed to the IAHCSMM's Executive Board. In 2016, Mr. Duro was named president-elect. Also, he has presented at more than 75 educational sessions at various chapter meetings and healthcare conferences throughout the US, Canada and abroad.

Matt Beauchaine, BS, CCSVP

Matt is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and travels the country educating customers and authorized medical distributors on the proper practices for reprocessing medical instrumentation as supported by American National Standards. Matt is a corporate member of the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materials Management (IAHCSMM), the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA) and Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA).

Timothy Brundage, AS, CCSVP

Tim obtained an Associate degree and is certified through IAHCSMM as a CCSVP. Tim has extensive experience in sterilization, infection prevention, sales and customer service. Tim routinely travels throughout the United States performing courtesy audits for hospitals and surgery centers to assist in compliance with National Standards. He continues to strive for the highest level of patient safety through education, products and best practices.

Andrew Socola, AAS, EMT, CCSVP

Andrew is a certified EMT through New York State, as well as a certified CCSVP through IAHCSMM. Andrew has extensive experience in infection control, manufacturing, sales and customer service. Andrew currently travels the country educating customers and authorized medical distributors on the proper practices for instrument reprocessing as supported by the CDC and American National Standards.

Mychal Wilkes, BS, CCSVP

Mychal obtained a Bachelor's degree at SUNY Brockport in Upstate NY. Mychal has extensive experience in the fields of infection prevention, surgical instrumentation, and sterilization. Mychal routinely travels throughout the United States performing courtesy audits and educating end-users on the proper techniques for reprocessing medical instrumentation as supported by National Standards.

John Doyle

John is a graduate of the College at Brockport in Upstate NY. John has a long history of working in the sterile processing field previously working for a biological indicator manufacturer for many years. John now regularly travels throughout the United States attending national and regional conferences on infection prevention and sterile processing as well as performing courtesy audits at hospitals and surgery centers to assist facilities so they are in compliance with national standards as well as educating the staff on best practices and products.

Joe Smallidge

Joe is certified through IAHCSMM as a CCSVP and is also currently undergoing the process of obtaining his GI/Endo certification. Joe has extensive experience in sterilization, infection prevention, sales and customer service. Joe routinely travels throughout the United States performing courtesy audits for hospitals, surgery centers and endoscopy centers, to assist in compliance with National Standards. Joe is also a guest speaker at regional IAHCSMM conferences. He continues to strive for the highest level of patient safety through education, products and best practices.
